Stay away from this company. I contacted them about a sprinkler leak, that has plagued us for a long time. They came out, replaced a head, rebuilt a valve, then completely replaced a valve that wasn’t even the problem. Now I still have a leak (from the valve they replaced for no reason) and then then was charged $976. This place is a rip off, contact another company.

Worst service ever! Does not apply product they charge you for. Very expensive. I had to do all the work myself and then they take credit. Unprofessional asking to use your gas to complete the work you paid $2400 a year for. Fertilization and yard treatment. Uses excuses for everything. Of course owner will come back and comment making excuses. I would not believe it!

Grassperson’s was the worse experience I have ever had with a landscape company. The things they planted in my seasonal area grew way too large and got fungus and they did not treat it nor trim it. They were to fertilize and trim and treat my plants and lawn and my well established azalea’s had a bad fungus and they were not treating them nor fertilizing them. I have spent about $1500 annually with Grassperson on weed control. I've been using them for years. My yard looks awful. Direct message me and I will send you my address so you can drive by to see the crabgrass and nutgrass that has taken over. When I called and complained, I was told that it would cost extra to treat the nutgrass and crabgrass. It is included with trugreen and for less! I want my $1500 back.
