Straight forward and competitive APR The process was quick 1 application, 1 call from a associate and then of text and a set of forms via email. In total it took 2 days from initial contact to approval and I couldn't have spent more than 30 min (forms, emails, calls, etc). APR was much better than the 2 banks I work with despite good record and excellent credit. I'll be using them again.
Great Experience I worked with Gravity Lending to refinance my auto loan. The agent was absolutely great to work with. He listened to my hopes for the loan and was prompt and always available when I had questions. The paperwork process with Gravity was also easy and well-planned out for me. I would definitely recommend using Gravity Lending!
Phenomenal Experience The entire process from start to finish was outstanding. Juan Guerra explained the entire process to me and I received the rate he said I would when refinancing my car. He communicated with me every step of the way and was very prompt in returning my calls if I had questions. The entire process only took a few days. I would definitely do business with Gravity Lending again because of Juan!!
simple, easy & good experience Clarissa at Gravity Lending did a great job securing refinancing for my vehicle. I had several brokers from Lending Tree reach out to me and she was the only one who was upfront on all information , fees and kept me informed when all the documents I needed to fill out and sign would be emailed to me.
