Excellent customer service. Hands down the most efficient and streamlined auto refinance I've ever used. Outstanding vehicle refinance experience I worked with Gene to refinance a truck we had just picked up. He did so well we immediately refinanced our other vehicle through Gravity. Overall outstanding experience.
Great Company Gravity lending made my first auto refinance incredibly simple and walked me through each step. My monthly payments are lower and Ill end up paying less throughout the life of the loan so it was really a no brainer to go with these guys.
