Best Rate and Fast For me, Gravity Lending had the lowest rate. Once selected, The Gravity Lending team did all the work. I just needed to sign the documents and return. They happen to be located in my city, so I dropped of the papers directly to the office. Good to put eyes on the actual office. Approval and payoff was very fast.
