Excellent customer service! I had Robby help me with my refinance, he was extremely knowledgeable and walked me thru the entire process(mostly thru text which works best for me). Gravity was also 2% apr cheaper than every other lender out there and I actually got a lower percentage than what was quoted. Could not be happier!!
Best experience iv ever had with any lender. Mark Hall was awesome. He always answered his phone, responded to text and made the refinance experience as easy as it could be. I will call him from now on for any auto finances needs.
