Good rate and overall experience I used Gravity Lending for a rate refinance on my dream car. Overall everything went well, I had a few specific concerns that they helped me take care of. I gave 4/5 stars only because the rate I got was slightly worse than initially advertised, and there were a couple other little hiccups between Gravity and the lender; however, my loan officer did a great job of smoothing everything over and making sure I was happy with the end result.
I had a great experience setting up the refinance! Yacob helped me through the process of refinancing and retitling my car. As a young woman who is new to owning a car I really appreciated his help and guidance throughout this process. Yacob gave an amazing service by contacting me and sending me reminders of the paperwork I had to complete and keeping me updated. He also was able to lower my payment by $140/mo. Greatly recommend him!
