All experiences should be like this. Ended up having both cars refinanced. Extremely simplified process that was completed in no time at all. Easy secured communications with the loan agreement and all I had to do was upload the basics from my phone (insurance card, mileage, etc) They kept shopping and got me a better rate even after my first loan was approved. It was nice to just sit back and have someone else take charge while acting in my best interest.

I would of given them 10 stars I would of given them 10 stars if this was an option. I was totally satisfied with Gravity Lending from start to finish. Estella Tovar was awesome, she was quick to answer emails and text. After several offers from different lenders I decided to use Gravity Lending. The customer service was the deciding factor since I had several offers near the same rate.
The process was easy. The process was a quick and required little effort. Cindy was helpful in every way. I was pleasantly surprised that the refinance was so easy.
