Recommendedi called to schedule appt. for the recall on my Mazda . Spoke with Donna , very nice and explained that she would have to order the part . And very helpful with the questions on the other recalls that had popped up when she put my car in the computer . Very fast with getting parts and fixing the recall !!! Appreciate Donna being so nice and helpful ESP on Black Friday ...

I’ve been going to this dealer for years ever since I moved to the Chattanooga area with all of my Hyundai cars. My sunroof recently started leaking and they failed to fix it multi times which lead to me having to go back and forth to the dealer. With my unresolved problems. They Provided me with a loaner which ended up with a flat they want to charge $180 For a replacement tire and can be replaced elsewhere for the same tire for way Cheaper. This place is horrible!! We drove an hour and half to get there.. was there for 4 hours and got no where. They gave us the run around the whole time we were there. It was a complete waste of time
They are liars cheaters very disappointing terrible staff in garages please don’t let these people work on your car
