They were surprisingly quick! I was very skeptical with the closing date they gave us but they actually closed on that date.
It took us two years to decide to build because we did not want to undergo what we thought was a headache of building. After two years of looking for houses, we learned it was not a headache with Grayhawk Homes and wish that we had decided to build initially. We had a great experience with them!
I have read a lot of reviews and feel that people need to have reasonable expectations. While everything during the build was not perfect, the team at Grayhawk Homes of SC did everything they could to correct the issues. We wanted a dream home and they built it for us. We stayed in budget and they worked with us to get the best value for the budget we required. Hopefully I will one day retire in this house, but if I need to build again in the future, I hope Lester, Anthony, and Melissa are the team I am working with.
