If I were to refer a friend, I would encourage them to hire someone to walk with them during their home inspection. Since closing in January, we've have noticed a lot of "sloppy" work. Unfortunately because we didn't see these items during our home inspection, and they are not "warrantable" items, Grayhawk is not required to address and it's unfortunate. I wish I would have educated myself more about what to look for during home inspections.
