I’ve had to take both my cats in for emergencies in the last month and they were able to squeeze me in same day. My last cat emergency ended with having to put my sweet baby down and Dr. O’Connor was very loving and attentive to both Zoe and I. Not pushy with labs/scans, I’m forever grateful to have such a caring team just down the road. Thank you for taking care of us 🩷
The services were fine. The problem arose when I made them aware of the fact that I would like to take my dog to another Veterinarian. They wanted to know why? I told them it was just my choice to do so. Well, in the mail comes a letter from the Veterinarian. We won’t mention any names.. I brought my Shorkie pup into GHVS and I had an amazing experience with Cooper. They were thorough and great with Cooper and would recommend anyone who needs amazing Vet Services to come here . 🐾🐶🐾😊
I liked the doctor. I have never seen a health care practice USE TIME SO LAZILY. I watched an employee talk to the receptionist about the scheduling tomorrow. The individuals seem good, but the practice as a whole could step it up a level or two with their urgency .
