It's not worth it. This place is so backwards. They'll put priority to fixing up old apartments but not fixing anything anywhere else. My air has been out for an entire week. I have called and complained about the mold under my sink from their carelessness. They swear they will be sending somebody to fix things and they never show up. Don't move here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !! TERRIBLE !!! If you can at all help it PLEASE do not move here!! The apartments have a very bad moisture problem & water damage that all they did was paint over! During the hotter months there's GNATS EVERYWHERE, there's also carpet "water" ants EVERYWHERE because of the moisture problem. We pay for pest control and they NEVER come by to spray. My rims and tag were stolen within FIVE months of me living here and nothing was done about it because they have only TWO cameras at the front entrance of the apar... read more

Verified Renter Summer Park is very unprofessional when it comes to answering their phone and getting back to you about the issues we have in our apartment. Maintenance comes and fixes what needs to be fixed but they only do a half job just for your stuff to be broke all over again.

Verified Renter Very poor! Management only reaches out to you when it is time to renew your lease. All other requests are ignored! There is never an actual person to talk to and messages are not returned. Would not recommend to anyone!

Verified Renter As far as my experience, management and maintenance is not good at all. They don't do any repairs at all. I would not recommend anyone to move in Summer Park.
