I took my car here for the first time this morning to get it detailed inside and out, Basim did an absolutely phenomenal job on it, he’s also probably one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, he greeted me as soon as I got there, he told me he would get it right and he definitely delivered!!!!
You guys rock! I found them on a visit to family about 6 months ago and recommended them to my dad, who is a PC local. So, long story short, he has used them several times since we found them, as do I on every visit. About 2 months ago, my father lost his wallet and after backtracking, decided it fell from his pocket and was a loss. 2 months later he took his truck in for a wash and after completion, there was his “lost” wallet placed on the console of his truck, intact with a substantial amount of cash still inside! I'd give 0 stars if I could. On Friday, 12/22, my husband took our car to get detailed at Grease Pro on 77. The day after the detailing, we noticed the inside of our suv was damp and water on the ceiling. They cracked our antenna during the car wash and never notified us. When I called them to let them know of the issue, I was met with a demeaning and sexist response. Whatever you do, do not go here and trust them to clean your car without damaging it. Malachi did a marvelous job cleaning my car. If you want it done right, make sure you ask for him. My vehicle looks and smells brand new!
