We had been looking to replace our current trailer for a while and found one online at Great Escape we liked so went and looked at it. We did a walk through and within half hour were sitting down to do a deal. So not a hard sales process at all for the dealer. During the selling process when trying to negotiate price they used their great in house service as a selling feature to negotiate. We took possession of our trailer in May. Went out today as a newbie looking to see what is out there and get a bit of an idea of what I may want. We spoke to Tara who put us at ease with lots of general info and a no pressure approach. Spoke with another sales guy as we wandered around and got none of the slick hustle we got in London later. They offered to field our questions at any time and seemed to be very honest with us.
Wouldn’t even leave them 1 star if I had the option. Save your time, money, and sanity and go somewhere else! Do not fall for their ‘amazing’ customer service before you buy a unit. After you sign the paperwork you will have to fight tooth and nail to ever get a hold of anyone again. We bought a so called ‘brand new’ unit, and from the very day it was delivered, have had nothing but issues, many of which were supposed to be fixed before delivery. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Fabulous selection! We were newbies and had so many questions. Excellent business! Just did a 6-week adventure out west and loved it! So happy with our RV! Would highly recommend Great Escape RV!
Being a 16 hour drive from my hometown, I was very cautious and skepticism about buying over the internet. Maddy was awesome throughout the whole purchasing process, along with the rest of the team. Everything from purchasing, communication, pre delivery inspection, final sale and pick up was top notch. Escape rv took the initiative to install 4 brand new tires on the camper in regards to my own personal safety, prior to me even viewing the trailer.
