Dr. Truong is very gentle and caring. I was nervous at my dental appointment but she made sure I was ok during the procedure. She even called me after my appointment just to make sure I was well. I love her. Highly recommended!!!
Told we were in network and our dental work was 100% covered only to discover afterwards that they misinformed us about being in network and gave us a massive dental bill! BEWARE of this bait and switch billing scam!
I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and exam. Kristen Moore did the exam and left me with her assistant Angel. Angel said I was done and to go up front. When I asked about the cleaning, she said the hygienist isn't here today and is only here once a week and I will have to schedule a cleaning appointment for another day. She did not treat me fair she took my money and she told me do not come back to her dentist office Or any of the great expressions please do not go here she extracted my tooth without taking my x-ray she is very unfair
You office is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to nobody answers the phone or returns a phone call and whoever makes the dentures does not know what they are doing my dentures were way to big and I was told they will not fix them I am filling a complaint with my insurance company to make you people give a refund on them I will never use you again nor will I recommend you
Got 3 veneers and one crown done last August. All done at same time in lab. One of two front veneers darker than other - Dr. Truong says cant tell from picture and looks just fine in her office. The 3 veneers have come off a total of FIVE times - Two twice and one once. I walk around with a tube of Dentafix and a little tupperware smidget to put the teeth in should they come off. I can't take photos or eat with these teeth!!! Forced to find new dentist to fix what Dr. Vy Truong has screwed up!!!
Had a hard time finding right office, several at same locations. I ended up being late 15-20 minutes and the receptionist very rudely stated that they wouldn't be able to see me now for being late. She also mentioned some ridiculous late/miss appointment fee I would have to pay as well. The receptionist handed me a book of paperwork to fill out and then went in back to finish helping a patient with dental services or at least I think she was. I walked out because nobody ever returned to the desk
