I take each of my kids to Dr. Moore. The staff is so friendly. She is gentle, and is able to relate to the kids and calm them when needed.

The staff was ok, a bit bumpy road getting started with paperwork and insurance... no insurance, no visit! I guess they were doing their job. Dr. Moore was nice, quick conv to setup treatment. Then came my issue, they wanted me to pay out of pocket for additional services instead of using my FSA account. I just don't like that system and/or mentality that the obly important thing is how much cash you carry around. FSA's are used to pay for these expenses and should be accepted.
