Very good service! Always helpful and professional! Procedures explained and carried out in a timely manner. The care team and administration was excellent in handling insurance and estimates in a timely manner. The atmosphere was caring and everyone gave the sense of enjoyment in what they were doing to supply the needs of the patient. Great Job!!

Never got past the making an appointment stage. Looking to get implants and permanent dentures done and after talking to other Great Expressions in Palm Harbor and St Pete was told only Belleair does implants. Called and emailed multiple times over 4 days before finally getting a call back. Was told the price for clip on implants was $2500 each. This Dental establishment 🦷 is by far the best I have ever been too! I have been to quite a lot and I had to sift through quite a few but this place is amazing. They are funny, receptionist is very welcoming and their assistants are right there and ready to go. I see Dr. Ma and he laughs and is just happy and it is so up lifting while your there, he asks if your doing ok and makes sure his job is done correctly and on time ! They deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️

this office I actually amazing! there's only one person at the front desk, and she is very patient and explains everything in detail. I understand how my insurance works, and they're very upfront about the possibility of insurance denying claims. after reading the reviews, sounds like some people should research into their insurance and not blame the dental office. these guys are great and very welcoming! also most employees speak Spanish, so I'll be able to bring my family.

🚩Rip off. Happened more than once!! They tell us the total $ to do extraction specifically (during pre authorization) then we agreed to it. 🚩Then few months LATER, we would get the bill saying we owe 500 or 600 for that 🚩 "oral surgery" which we never had oral surgery, only extraction. 🚩 And charging us more than what we were told & agreed during pre authorization 🚩AND THEN told us we were denied with our APPROVED pre-authorization few months LATER!? Now we're done with this place. Will tell everyone we know NOT to go... read more
