On 10/31/2022, I had a appointment to have my teeth cleaned at Great Expression located on **************************************************************. Once arriving, I was taken to a room and the tech told me my bill for today would be $150+, and it was printed out for me to sign. I asked about the free ******* treatment for this visit. She stated it wasn't needed. I knew I had a surplus greater than a $150.00 on my account but she never mention it until I got up and walked out. Fraudulent, uncaring. The most horrible people I have ever dealt with for anything. They lied to me, straight out. Would not even call me back. Should not be allowed to be in business. Totally disgusting! They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to give them 1 for the review to go through.
I had an appointment scheduled in July 2022, but it was canceled and no one notified me. When I showed up on time, no one apologized for not notifying me. I rescheduled for a few weeks later, and again I showed up only to find out it had been canceled without notification or apology. This shows a lack of basic manners.
