Friendly staff! Between my husband and myself we've been to Great Expressions three times in the past month. The staff has been wonderful and the dentist we saw (Castellani) is great. The only negative was that they asked me about 10 times if I wanted to buy some Crest White Strips. I've never been to a dentist that pushed retail products as much, but the friendly service made up for that!
Awful experience No one wants to leave a dental office toothless and no dentist should send a patient home like that. Inexperienced office staff also for keep setting up extractions for me that I don't want. I didn't want any sectioning of any bridge and the two girls kept putting me down for it. Dentist ruined my face and mouth sending me home like that. My family thinks its a horrible thing that was done to me and NEVER should've happened. EVERYONE WANTS TO LEAVE WITH THERE TEETH IN THERE MOUTH.
