I recently needed to have an old filling replaced at Great Falls Dental. The entire experience was relaxed and pain-free. They made sure I was comfortable and had my choice of music to listen to 😊. I highly recommend.
Oh my goodness! Had to go for a crown on 12/11. I gotta say that this is the first time I have felt comfortable at the dentist! Lauren and Dr. Akers were amazing helping me feel that way! I cannot recommend this place more. I have to give a shout out to Magnolia as well. She was just as amazing when I went for my consult and I look forward to her being my hygienist!
So many thanks to Great Falls Dental - friendly staff and so comforting to someone who is terrified of dental procedures and showed up as a new patient already in pain. Mercedes went above and beyond for me - helping me get an appointment to get the pain resolved. I think this is my new "forever" dentist - and not just because of the adorable, fluffy puppy!
The girls had their first dentist appointment today at Great Falls Dental! Maggie, their hygienist was so amazing with them! She’s definitely a natural with little ones. Especially my Eleanore who was scared and is my “delicate little flower” as I’ve always have called her. Ivy was brave too! Dr. Akens was kind and patient with them as well! The whole staff at Great Falls Dental makes you feel comfortable and really listens. Mercedes, Dr. Akers, Pam, Marcy and the dental assistants go above and beyond and take the time to explain everything. They use the latest technology and ensure that procedures are done to the highest standards. I can’t thank them enough for the time they have taken for fitting me in for a same-day appointment, as well as their honesty, validation and reassurance.
