I haven't had a problem with Court Street Great Lakes- Bay. But today I had to make 3 phone calls to have an X-ray script sent to the hospital for an X-ray to be done. Well they need to step up there staff people in the call center and front desk ! This is crazy they asked me for the hospital fax number to send the script to and the call center people said there not answering the phone put me on hold for awhile. I was told that dr. Reynolds was a floater and she probably didn’t know about the eye center, which seems odd to me, and when I spoke up she ignored me. She behaved as if she did not believe what I was saying, She would say”now that’s logical “ she ignored and dismissed me without checking my feet or back. I left feeling hopeless and discriminated against
