When I became too advanced for meaningful interventions this office actually ghosted me and deleted my patient portal. Care for complex condition was shaming me because I cant tolerate certain meds and being told to go to ER over and over, and ER said I need to see PCP. Eventually the ER got hostile and made it clear I am not welcome. The ER is busy and always holding the wall so I agree they should be managing me. Tossed back & forth left me with no care.
