This was my 1st time there and this is my first baby and everything went so well and I didn’t feel uncomfortable everyone was nice gentle and great. I only wish that they sent me my ultrasound pictures I haven’t got them yet.. I just am excited and want to see my little baby again

The office was short staffed and still provided excellect patient care from the front desk staff all the way to the provider. No one was rushing through or made me feel like I was less important. I have been a patient at this practice for 30+ years and have always received excellent care.

The appointment questionnaire was shocking to me. The questions were invasive and had nothing to do with the reason I was seeing the doctor. Ex: What sex were you assigned at birth? Do you work in agriculture? Size of your household? Although answers were not required, it was a waste of my time. Also, no one in the office seemed as though they wanted to be there. Maybe it was just a bad day.
Happy with the staff and doctor but not happy with how long it took to be seen. 10:15 appt and didn’t see doctor until 11:45. I was ready to leave when the doctor came in. I appreciate how busy he is but that is just too long to wait to be seen for a routine check.
