We hired GA to clean our outdoor kitchen, patio and turf 2 days before a party. They came the last half of the afternoon and I had to leave before they were finished. Not only did I tell them what needed to be completed, I also wrote it down. They did not clean the kitchen nor did they power wash the dog run. I specifically pointed both of these to them prior to them cleaning. When I called the next day to make sure I wasn’t charged for it, all I got was a “sorry”.
