I just had the carpets at an investment property of mine cleaned. I was not planning to be there during the cleaning but ended up going out to complete a couple of things. When I got there, the tech was very friendly and professional. I was also pleased with the quality of his work. My issue came later in the afternoon. I received a phone call from "Bob" who called to inform me that I had not paid for the service. He was incredibly rude. One of the worst companies to work for in the St.Louis area . They put 4 people job on two people and only work you for three hours a night and expect you to get everything done. And they want you to run all over town and not get paid for it. Watch your time because they will short you. I give it a fourth of a star
