Spoke with Nick today and was quite impressed with his knowledge and recommendations. We didnt know exactly what we wanted but we told him how we wanted to use our courtyard and he made a suggestion, explained the pros and cons and even communicated with our management company for details on how HE could submit the required documents for approvals. Two neighbors saw there work and hired them.
The sales man who came out to the house was very proffesional, he made sure and gave a quote before leaving. There was some issues with scheduling and with the quote in the way it was worded and didn't include work agreed to verbally but they worked with us and we are happy with the end results...Overall a good job
Green Guru built my backyard up from scratch. It looks great and I love spending time out there with my family. However, it's very expensive. And the communication could use some work, as I wrote down instructions, I tagged specific bushes at the nursery, but Green Guru did not follow them in their entirety, planting the bushes in the wrong places and bringing back a tree that I didn't even tag and leaving the tagged one at the nursery. They were prompt in servicing and start date. Cleaned uo well after job was complete. Very nice to work with
excellent work from start to completed installation we, had several changes to first concept green guru, worked with us to get the project just right
The communication for my project (before, during, after) was wonderful. It was clear what was being done and how long it would take. The project took less time than estimated, was done beautifully, and the workers were very professional and responsive. My only negative is that it seemed very expensive, though I would still recommend Green Guru.
