They were very friendly when purchasing my new vehicle. My only complaint would be that once we had come to a deal they redirected their focus to my mom and getting her to trade in and purchase a new vehicle too instead of showing me how to work my new vehicle I had just purchased. I would have like them to concentrate more on the person buying the vehicle instead of my mom who was not really interested in a new vehicle.
