Once I got a response, which took about three weeks after texting my referral to you, the person helping was very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s unacceptable that I had to contact your company twice and reschedule my follow up because I had not gotten a response from you company. The visit was very well run and they were even a little early. I hope the delay doesn’t happen again.

I am currently exploring the alerts we receive around incoming orders as it appears something was not working when your orders came through.
