Once I got on the phone and explained my situation about needing an appointment right away, they were able to schedule me right then and send the voucher over to the doctor immediately!Â

Overall the experience was good. I don’t have any complaints as the appointment went well. The appointment was on time. And, there were not any hiccups. My only suggestion would be to call the patient. Everything was done via text message, which in my personal opinion because I am old school, was a little impersonal. Other than that, I have no issues and I am happy with the service.Â
