Was scheduled for a MRI and day before it I got a text saying that type wasn’t performed at that site so was rescheduled a couple weeks later at another location. Not happy about getting a text day before appointment saying they did not do that type of MRI there.

Fast and easy. The imaging center was unaware how to use the voucher. They (2 people) had never seen it before. I had to email the receptionist the voucher in case she had any billing issues. No problem on my end, I proceeded with my appointment. Thanks
