Very easy to schedule appointment and customer service is great, they really do their job. I will recommend to friends and family to get Green Imaging as primary imaging center. And yes if in the future I need any testing I will use them again.

Scheduling was very easy and available via text, which was appreciated. Services provided and the staff, including the doctor, were kind and patient and answered all my questions. The only issue was the voucher I was given listed the wrong address, so I showed up for my scan at their south location and had to drive 30 minutes to their north location. There was no email or any other confirmation to show where I was supposed to go. Minor issue overall, but not convenient for me. Just confirm you have the right location!

Green was very responsive and helpful with scheduling. However, the prime facility in Dallas was absolutely awful. Disgusting facilities, no headphones (I was told they broke during COVID and were never replaced), staff was nice. Wait was an hour and a half after my appointment time.
