I know that TMS and Spravato are valuable treatment options for depression and was excited to have a provider so close up, but my customer service experience with the local office was greatly disappointing. Walked in not knowing much other than there was a possibility to improve my quality of life. After meeting with the team I quickly settled into a wonderful routine and quickly felt cared for and supported through my journey. Definitely feel much better and proud of myself for taking that step in the right direction to be my best self. Highly recommend this treatment and the wonderful team at Northfield! Choosing to do Tms treatments was the best decision of my life. I was really struggling with depression, anxiety, and ptsd. I haven't had a flashback since the first week treatments. Yes, I had triggers happen but I actually was a lot better then I normally would have been. My anxiety is so low now that I don't really even notice it much. I know it's still there but barely there. When I was browsing on my phone and I stumble across a ad about TMS success and hearing emotional stories about depression along with celebrities that I grew up watching. I thought to myself they were so brave to talk about their story and making it public. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. The treatment plan is hard to stick with but well worth it it! I began my journey with Success TMS feeling hopeless and unable to do daily tasks. Slowly but surely I began to crawl out of the darkness I've fought for years. By the end I feel much better and find joy in life again. Thank you to all the ladies in my office, I really wouldn't be feeling good without your help!
