Quality service with friendly staff! Greencastle is by far the best dental practice I have went to. All the staff is patient, friendly and professional. They listen to you and truly care about your comfort.
All was ok except when I was to check out. I was informed I must pay up front for my cleaning and X-rays totaling $301.00. Instead of waiting for my insurance to send the check to me and I forward it to your office as I have done in the past. So, is this the correct the procedure?
Less than professional Stay away. This is a money scheming business. We were told by their incompetent front office staff that our insurance was accepted and a quote for the work my husband and I needed done. We paid fully after the work was finished. Then one month later, we received a bill for almost $800, saying "insurance didn't pay as much as we hoped." Contacted the insurance company only to find out this dentist was out of network. Office unfamiliar with insurance; pressure to pay high fees Dr. Jason Lee is an in-network provider for Aetna; I went to him because he is listed on Aetna's website. He was personable, and his diagnosis of a needed root canal was correct. But then he said we should do the root canal right now, and his office staff brought in a fee agreement for me to sign. Met Expectations A little difficult to find office - suggest street view sign. Typical cleanning. Good, complete exam and discussion on future work with Dr. Lane. Prices seem to be on upper end of comparables. A bit of unfriendly tone on new patient forms with regard to insurance and not keeping appointment.
