The hygienists, and Drs. Flora and Nelson are great, however the receptionists are snotty and rude. I’ve known others that have been patients there, however, ended up going elsewhere due to the front office ladies. Their negativity is too much. I cringe every time I need to make an appointment. Unfortunately, I too, have made the decision to find a new dentist.

I went in for a routine checkup cleaning and got the check up but no cleaning and a new doctor, with a pitch for a deeper more expensive cleaning. Very unhappy, left with dirty teeth. 😕
