This was an awesome place to by a car after a total loss. I was given the run around by multiple dealerships for almost a month trying to get into a new car. When I called Greensboro Acura and spoke with Mrs. Denece, a major weight was lifted off my shoulders. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They also cared about if my kids liked their new car. Greensboro Acura is highly recommended in my book!
Went in with 25k, left with beautiful nice RDX, Aaron(salesperson) was awesome, Chris( one of managers) was great, Darius ( Paperwork) was so patient and informative. However Mike(one of managers) very rude if Aaron & Chris hadn’t have called me back I would have never purchased a car from Greensboro Acura. Not even 24 hours after purchasing, transmission light came on, I do not feel comfortable or confident in my purchase at this point! First big girl purchase. Buying process was simple, and they worked with me to get me in the car I wanted. Every one was helpful and pleasant to work with. I’ve gotten 3 services done and it’s been a breeze every time. Nicole is THE best!
Just bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey. The sales rep was very friendly and easy to work with. He took care of the details and made the experience very enjoyable. The manager was great also and very reasonable. I would recommend them!
EXCELLENT service. Denecee, our salesperson, was very warm and friendly. There was no hassle at all. I felt like she was selling the car to a dear friend and wanted us to have the best price and terms, which we got. I would recommend anyone who wants a car, see Denecee at this dealership!! The finance guy, sorry, but don’t remember his name- was super helpful and even funny. Great experience!!
