Excellent Service! Karen is great! The dealership changed from Crown to Greensboro Honda and it seems like they stepped up their game.
Check low tire pressure kept coming on after service. I called and was told to bring it in. Once I took it in the matter was corrected. The service department is Great!

Great service, but i am a little upset , I took my car in for 7500 mile oil change and found out this was not covered for the first 3 years, Toyota covers oil changes and tire rotations for 3 yrs ,had I known this I might have influenced my buying decision
