This place is great! Efficient, friendly, helpful. What can I say? I always feel safe on the road because this is always where I take my car for maintenance. They let me know what my car needs now, and what I can put off if I need to. Quick and convenient, too!
Good service overall, but it took a lot longer than expected.
Everyone was great and I love the texting for communication. I did have a question after I got home and it was hard to be able to talk on the phone to the right person. But Ill definitely keep using this dealership

Excellent help by Karen McCaughtry at Greensboro Honda! I had a flat tire and needed a Honda rim because mine was damaged. They were unable to help me with a Honda rim due to supply chain issues but pointed me in the right direction so that I could continue my drive from NJ to GA. Ms. McCaughtry was amazingly helpful and kind to me. She took great care of me and I appreciated her help!
