The service was great My car is running so much better now than before I took it to Greensboro Hondato be serviced.
Greeted by pleasant person who collected my information, I stayed in the waiting room, received their assignments by text, authorized my choices, and he came to tell me they were completed. All within a reasonable time.
Service advisor, Karen, was very professional and courteous. There were unexpected delays in our waiting time and she kept us updated as to what was going on with our car as well as explanations about the delay. She is a great asset to the Honda team. The car has been checked out and the work that was done is great!

My service rep was responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. He managed a tremendous workload with grace and a positive attitude.
Offered me credit showing payments but not the relAted interest rates. Took 30 minutes but couldnt get the rates. Buying process was slow. Had to reprint paperwork. Otherwise salesman was nice and mostly helpful.
