My experience at Honda for my car service was great! Tyler, my service advisor promised me he would have my car ready within 1.5 hr! He kept his promise! Thank you Tyler and Honda!
Needed a NC State Inspection. Made an appointment and was told it would take a little over an hour. This included getting a car wash (no charge). It took an hour and 10 minutes.

I scheduled an appointment online and took my car in when scheduled. They took care of the issue that caused my indicator light to come on and got me back on the road within a couple of hours.
Helpful and informative needs of maintenance services
Excellent service. Kenny was great as a service person. Had to go back a 2nd time as they had to order a part but that was fine. Issue was resolved and great service and people to deal with.

Karen took great care of me, and the service team was quick and responsive with my service. Karen ensured that I was provided transportation to and from Honda, provided me with a rental car, and provided updates throughout the process.
Cody was awesome! He was thorough and helpful! I had a sudden immediate repair and he was kind and patient during the stressful time. He handled everything smoothly and I was back to driving my car in no time!
