My Volt battery died and was reluctant to change it out because of the cost. I noted that they are on BBB so I trusted to use them and was not disappointed in the end result. So far so good and in hindsight I suspect that the original cause of the failure was self inflicted by driving an electric vehicle like a gas car!!!!!! the work was not done as quickly as expected but I was not in a hurry anyway.I am happy with the result thank you ****!!Huw

I went in to see about getting my hybrid battery replaced, but the diagnostic showed that the battery was fine! Now I know I dont need a new hybrid battery :)

It has only been a few days since GreenTec installed my hybrid battery but so far, excellent service.

These guys are incredible when my battery died they were extremely kind and helpful in getting it replaced quickly. I felt heard and understood and taken seriously. Customer service is A1 I will only be coming here for any battery issues I have from now on THANK YOU

I had the dreaded "wrench" light come on in my 2007 **** Escape Hybrid. I took it to the local **** dealer, who charged $150 to tell me that I needed a new hybrid battery--$800 in labor + $9000+ in parts. Not something we wanted to do in a car with *******+ miles. So we got on the internet, and found Greentec. Called and got an appointment the next day. Took the car in at 8:30 AM, had a diagnosis and proposal for a replacement battery by 9:00 (still free), and the work was done by 10:30--all for $4200, labor included. Note t... read more

Complete scam They installed refurbished battery in our Prius Battery lasted less than 2 weeks and less than 400 miles We asked for refund but after restocking fees and labor fees they refunded us less than half our money. We lost $1000 !!! Completely dishonest company They should not be allowed to sta in business

GreenTec offered me $500 to post the 5 star, but after thinking about it I told them to keep their $500 and I posted this Review to their website:It took much longer than normal to install a new battery in my ************** After they installed their battery, It took them nearly three months to get their battery to charge and work properly. My name is ***** ******* and I have purchased a hybrid battery from Greentec Auto...It was back in July wen this happened...I paid $2,400.00 and I have been trying to get my money back or a portion of it in which I was promised. ****** failed two weeks after installation, to the day. Feeling betrayed and sick to my stomach. To compound this, the customer service and warranty department will not answer calls well within posted hours.
