first time in Sedona. and Green Tree was very nice. There 3 days and didn’t see anybody working on pool. That would have just alittle high in price patio

I would not stay here again. Very noisy room heater. Totally inadequate breakfast room. There were people standing shoulder to shoulder waiting for a place to sit down. The breakfast room had a large glass exposure to the east, so the morning sun was blinding. Nice modern room with a comfortable bed.

Centrally Located The staff were generally not very pleasant. The nicest staff member was the lady in the checkout screen. The omlettes were frozen, and the breakfast attendant didn't think to let any of us know. She appeared bothered. My table and another took bites from frozen eggs. The building where the suites are located, is down the block a bit, in a separate building. Those rooms are spacious and have a mountain view. Food and gas station within walking distance. Centrally located near many trailheads.

Wonderful
it was just OK that weird check-in “woman in a box”. she was too loud an strange. supposed to be free parking but they charge $10 service fee to cover parking (in part). the breakfast was poor.

Great location. Great price. Bathroom is small, but was really clean and served our needs. Loved that the toilet and shower were separate from counter, sink, and mirror in room. Hotel was on short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. Loved that it was a great price. Breakfast was quite decent. As a celiac I had several options. Super happy with our one night with GreenTree. Loved that it had a balcony on either side for views.
