Good Staff could have been more helpful or at least de-escalating when I got locked out of my room but instead, I had a very upsetting interaction with the front desk staff in which they were unable to help me or let me speak to a manager, suggested I try to break into my room through the window, and I had a panic attack and had to leave. The situation was eventually resolved with maintenance but they were not on site when the issue happened.

Wonderful
I really liked the location and ease of getting in and out of the property and room. Good views too The employees were so friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. When we got there the hot tub was cold. I notified the front desk and they responded that they were having their maintenance person look at it. Not much later I received a text that it would be hot in 45 minutes and it was!

Great for the price ! It was a bit out of the city wish it was closer to the downtown area and the views were not the best Clean very cute decor lovely pool and hot tub . They had a great fire pit .

Overall, it's a decent play to stay The breakfast was way below the expectations, and there was no drinking water available in the breakfast area. The front desk staff was not rude, but a slightly more polite and welcoming tone when answering questions would enhance the guest experience. Room is very clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. There was a huge TV and the parking is right in front of the room. Everything is great inside the room.

Excellent value hotel for Sedona adventures! Bathrooms are quite small. This is our 3rd time staying at the Green Tree in Sedona. It is spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds & great location - close to most of our favorite hiking trails & distant enough from uptown Sedona to avoid the traffic congestion there. Very reasonable rates, especially through Booking.com.
