Good stay for the price and proximity The bed was lumpy because of repeated same side usage. I could hear the footsteps of the guest in the floor above - really noisy during the early morning hours - I assume because this is an older property and wood framed. Wasn't expecting that. The room was very clean and the property was close to central Sedona and it was dog friendly. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus.

Highly recommend - clean, safe, and good value. Will return! - pillows were not at all comfortable. They need to have some kind of firmness to support head. Neck was aching for us both every morning - mattress was firm as lying on brick. There should be some kind of softness in it. It felt like you were sleeping on the firm ground and made my sides hurt when side sleeping. We would stay here again. Hopefully the hot tub would be taken care of… Hot tub had too much in the way of suds, bubbles and had some yucky stuff in it that was on our skin when we got out. Great location, staff, patio, pool area. Room clean
