I signed a lease through Greentree and moved into my unit in Noe Valley in mid-February. Since then, the experience has been underwhelming and frustrating. About six weeks after I moved in, Greentree notified tenants of a 6-month construction project (at minimum) to redo all the balconies in the building. I signed a lease with Greentree-managed unit in Noe Valley in February, and it quickly turned into one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had. When I first moved in everything was awesome and super great with our property manager living in the apartment complex and being fairly quick to any replies and making sure that we got timely updates for any maintenance. Since they switched over to AI assistance everything has gone terribly. They have shut off water multiple times without letting us know and telling us afterwards. 4/8 washers have been out of service for months now. We have no on service staff. The AI assistance is crap.
