I had a good experience. I had a good experience. But the car came with only 1 key/fob, and the replacement cost on this item can easily exceed $200. Instead of asking the customer, this dealership ASSUMES that customers wants to buy upsell items such as anti-theft protection and maintenance contracts that can add hundreds of dollars to the price.
