Worst auto buying experience. Worst auto buying experience. Huge lack of integrity and honesty. Falsified the inspection on the car which became apparent immediately. They lost a tire cap and refused to replace it. They signed that items were inspected and good and were not. They tried to talk me into a warranty that my car was not even eligible for and I had to force him to remove from my purchase as I would be paying for something I never received.

I Just got a Jeep from your location and it does indeed I Just got a Jeep from your location and it does indeed feel like the transmission is giving out. Took it to a mechanic and he confirmed what I suspected and more with photos for proof. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place.

NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT GREENWOOD AUTOMOTIVE Yesterday I emailed this dealership 9 times with offers and negotiations on a vehicle I had test driven there. At 9:27 this morning, Johnny, the owner's son, offered the vehicle to me at my last offer of $45,000 -- Also stating that if I wanted it, he'd take the vehicle off the Internet. Disappointing Bait and Switch I found a car on Greenwood's website yesterday. I called Marc after receiving his email. He wanted to double check vehicle availability. He called me back and said it was available. I told him I wanted to purchase the vehicle but was currently out of town. We discussed fees and I explained that I was approved at a local credit union and asked if they used the CUDL system as the transaction could be facilitated immediately electronically. Buyer Beware If they’re going to treat me like this before I make a large purchase, can you imagine how they treat their customers AFTER? Shocking concept of customer service. Walked in with cash in my pocket ready to buy a car I’ve been looking at on their website for 2 weeks. bought a car with cash-leased another I had gotten cars with another salesman.Wade has been doing this for 19 years -he is horrific as is the owner.The worst experience ever. I paid cash for one car and leased another.I had to do so much myself- Could not belief it. I am not a salesman.WADE is ignorant Never,ever,ever again-good luck to you

Don't trust this company Stay away from this shop. Purchased a 2016 Range Rover on Dec 12, 2019 for $50K and it needed a whole new transfer case 2 weeks later ($10K repair). No help from owner or salesman to resolve this issue. They said vehicle was just at Range Rover Denver for an entire vehicle inspection as warranty was ending. They told me to talk to Range Rover Denver to fix issue. Greenwood Automotive was no help in working with RR Denver to help me get the issue fixed. Incompetent people When we went to buy our Jeep there was one guy working. He was just starting the paperwork with a sale. We wanted to but this Jeep that sold itself so we had lunch next door, we came back and he was still helping the lady. He told us I will give you a nice discount for waiting. We samtayed another hour and when he started doing our paperwork he said he could not do any discount because it was at its “lowest price”. BUYER BEWARE! Buyer beware!!!! HORRIBLE experience. From the start in talking with Steve about a vehicle they posted on line, he was rude and not interested in negotiating on price. 2 days later they dropped the price on line by $1,000.
