Started on time – ended under estimate- careful attention to my belongings.
The manager Bill and the three movers were excellent. We had trouble with the Michigan storage company, but the Greenwood guys were patient and tenacious. The items belong to a lady who has had a stroke and has trouble speaking. The three movers, Tomas, Kyle and "Pop" were respectful and patient working with her as to the placement of boxes. Exceptional service from Bill & Alisha in the office. Explained & answerer all my questions. Price was as quoted & gave a senior discount. On mving day, Eage Jeff & Anthony arrived on time. On time polite & courteous, they were careful and paid close attention to detail. Great overall value and highly recommended. No complaints whatsoever.
They were contentious, helpful, and the same people who loaded us up unloaded us in Virginia.
