Being a first time home buyer can be challenging as there are many questions and processes we may not understand. I feel like the mortgage firm did an okay job at explaining process and at times it felt like I was told to sign paperwork but didn’t truly get an explanation on what the process was. Overall the mortgage firm did provide a great service and made my closing process as smooth as possible. Look forward to closing on homes in the future with this firm.

We have owned 3 different houses prior to this one and never has a mortgage company needed so much fiddly documentation, it seemed like it would never end. Communications were sometimes spotty, there would be days that a text or email would be answered immediately and some days when we would receive no response at all. Otherwise, Greg was polite and friendly and helped guide us through everything that was needed in order to secure the house. Overall, we are happy with the experience.
