Great experience working with Greg. Very knowledgeable, accessible and honest. This was our first home purchase and Greg was great help. He listened to what we wanted and gave us plenty of great options to choose from. He replied promptly to all, there were many, of our questions. Once we chose the place, he was an excellent negotiator. A true professional in every sense of the word. Now "I have a guy" when it comes to real estate.

Greg was the best! He was patient with our search and helpful. It took us almost a year because of random set backs but he stuck it out with us always staying in touch and helping anyway he could. Even when we knew we were six months out from our preaoproval he still showed us anything we asked. Now we have our forever home and we consider him a friend. We were buying our third investment property in Chicago during a very competitive market. It took us months to find (we had seen close to 20 multi-unit houses) and negotiate the purchase of a 3 flat property in North Center. Greg is one of the best real estate agents I have met! Attentive , responsive, knowledgeable, and nice! I called him when buying my second home for showing of the house on the same day, exactly couple hours . He made it happen and helped me buy my second home. Excellent! This sums it up! Greg has been absolutely great, the knowledge, costumer service and willingness to help every step of the way is just beyond explanation. When my dad passed away in Chicago and my family lives in Colorado, it was a disaster.
