Dr. Gramstad gave thorough service. He listened and reassured my family about our decision to proceed with a surgery for our son. We did not feel rushed during our consultation in the least. He had reviewed our notes from the previous visit with him 13 months ago. He is professional, knowledgeable and conveyed a sense of devotion to doing the very best job he can for our son.
Quiet. Very professional. Put my broken arm back together and fixed my shoulder. No pain after physical therapy and 4 months and almost full range of motion! Can't get much better than that!
My husband and I continue to use and recommend Rebound. Together, we probably have over a dozens visits and surgical procedures with Rebound and have extremely satisfied with all of them and all the staff. Even though this was our first appointment with Dr. Gramstad, it was well worth the 4 hour round-trip drive from our home; his procedure has already had positive results. We immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Gramstad and if further treatment is reguired will once again choose him.
Dr. Gramstad is a 1st Class professional. He knows what he is doing and makes every effort to make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about your condition. I would highly recommend him.
He repaired a complete rotator cuff tear beautifully! I'm recovering faster then all expected (doctors, PT, family & friends). All my concerns and questions were answered respectfully so I understood what to do before surgery, care after, and recovery back to full mobility. I have discovered from seeing at my PT appointments and hearing from friends & others those who choose not to prepare before surgery and do not follow through with the daily required exercises do not make a full recovery!
Cannot recommend this Dr to treat anyone. 45 min late seeing me. Most condescending throughout the entire visit, which lasted no more than 10 minutes. Claimed he would not fix an issue because I am a post menopausal woman. Then abruptly ended the visit when I questioned him. Not interested in my quality of life or ability to return to previous functions. In fact seemed “bothered” seeing me at all. Cannot be more unhappy with the medical care. I have NEVER BEEN SO OFFENDED , this Dr was Unethical and VERY UN BECOMING , SHAMED ME for my pain and offered me no options to help me , he also refused to listen to me. And I have much more to say
Went for consultation on poorly healing shoulder repair. He told me the nerve was severed and the muscle had atrophied. NEITHER WERE TRUE! The problem was the rotator cuff was permanently fixed in the down position which any orthopedist could see easily on the Xray. The metal put in by the first surgeon had to come out. He offered me NO options and NO HOPE. He LIED to me about my condition and prognosis. Clearly he did not want to work with me. His behavior was unethical. BUYER BEWARE!!
